This stunning Brock Smith Homes build captured the month’s top sale when it closed on March 7 after 244 days on market. Originally listed at $3.495 million, the 4,209 sq ft residence overlooking the 13th tee of the Tumble Creek Club golf course sold about 18 % below ask, at roughly $677 per sq ft.
